2012, The Wrap Up

Hey peeps! An early Happy New Year to everyone! 2013 happens here in about 14 hours, and I am beyond ready. I gotta say, though, 2012 is going to be pretty hard to top.

A year ago today, my mom will tell you, I was wishing and praying to be anywhere but where I was. A rough winter then turned into a vaguely disappointing spring…but then I got a phone call. Next thing I knew, I was chopping off my hair, flying to San Diego, running around Southern California with interns and athletes turned friends, riding in breaking news vans at 4 in the morning, eating fish and chips in London, starting my last year of grad school, and getting a job. I am beyond grateful to God for this incredible year. And I am beyond grateful to you guys for sticking it out with me. This blog with a total readership of my brother and the occasional Facebook friend means so much to me because it chronicled this crazy, roller-coaster, blessed time in my life. So at midnight I say…

Let’s do it again!
